1. Fundamental Children’s Rights
MCC runs child protection programs that builds the capacity of the local community members to offer sustainable protection to the vulnerable children especially adolescent girls who are prone to sexual abuse.
MCC is carrying out community sensitization, dialogue, in school especially Primary and nursery schools to help in reducing cases of child abuse. The organization runs a Charitable Children Institution that’s recognized by the government as a rescue center for vulnerable children
We also run a formal school where vulnerable children access education without paying any money. This has allowed these vulnerable children to access education and pursue their dreams

2. Child protection and Support Program
Formation and training of child protection committees, community dialogue meetings, and support to community led initiatives on child protection, translation of key legal and policy documents into local languages, and data collection on violation of children’s rights

3. Reproductive Health
This is done through Social Behavioral Change Communication (BCC) and policy influencing to ensure that the changes are sustainable.MCC also conducts awareness creation on HIV/AIDS and sexual violence through the distribution of Information Education Materials, the organization promotes Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) among adolescents and young women in schools and out of school.

4. Food Security and Livelihoods Support
This program supports vulnerable families with small capital that allows them to either improve or initiate sustainable income generating enterprises. They are taken through business development training and mentorship that helps them acquire practical skills in business management before being given between ksh 3000 and ksh 20,000 to improve their businesses. These households are also trained in modern agriculture through agripreneurship which helps them acquire modern skills in farm husbandry. They are also trained in poultry farming where they learn how to manage improved chicken breeds for eggs and meat,

5. Education
This is an integrated activity. MCC is supporting over 500 orphans and vulnerable children through our schools which have been formally registered by the Ministry of Education. The school has seen hundreds of children from poor household’s access education with some having graduated or are at the university and colleges. MCC offers full scholarship and accommodation during holidays since some of these children have no known relatives to live with. Where we find living relatives, we support through our business development program

6. Advocacy Peace Building and Reconciliation
The program trains community on peace building and conflict resolution, facilitation of community reconciliation and peace meetings, community and religious dialogues and consensus building on traditional justice systems, interactive games and sports among children and youth.

7. Environmental Protection and conservation
The project has trained Youth Groups, Women’s groups and even formed Environmental Protection and Conservation Clubs in schools, established a tree nursery that acts as a demonstration site and supplies tree seedlings to the community, advocacy campaign to create awareness on the massive deforestation, and land degradation, encouragement of the youth to engage in environmental conservation through different methodology such as fruits and tree planting, Afforestation, introduction of new innovation Energy Saving Stove to reduce tree cutting especially in area registered with high level of deforestation.
